📋 Description

• Actively help build new business in Data & AI • Develop your own market and win new customers • Bring solutions to mid-sized businesses in collaboration with specialist and sales teams • Build your own customer business in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central • Develop target customers, new contacts, and qualified leads into long-term customer relationships • Manage the entire sales process, from initial contact, needs analysis, and solution presentation through proposals, negotiations, and closing • Analyze business models, processes, and customer challenges • Develop business cases with clear added value • Work with Data & AI, Product Management, Inside Sales, and Marketing on use cases, campaigns, and proposals • Support other sales representatives in identifying and developing Data & AI opportunities • Develop growth opportunities through your own Business Central business and partnerships with distributors, Microsoft partners, and specialized IT service providers

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success selling complex IT solutions in B2B new-business sales • Ideally, experience with ERP, Microsoft, Data, Analytics, or AI solutions • Ability to actively build new contacts, sales opportunities, and a robust pipeline • Knowledge of the ERP business and its sales cycles, such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or comparable business applications • Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence and practical experience using Copilot and other AI tools • Ability to translate technological capabilities into tangible business value • Ability to understand business models, processes, and customer challenges and develop robust business cases • Confident communication with executive management, business decision-makers, and IT leaders • Ability to distill complex topics into clear business benefits • Initiative, teamwork, and an entrepreneurial mindset • Willingness to use new technologies and AI strategically in your own sales activities
