📋 Description

• Analyse clients’ business processes and management requirements • Translate requirements into KPI systems, domain-specific data models and data products • Oversee implementation from initial use-case idea through productive day-to-day use • Work on business analytics, KPI and reporting concepts, data governance and AI projects • Link ERP and CRM process data, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP, with production and machine data • Ensure insights from alerts, automations or AI agents feed back into operational processes • Shape technical implementation in collaboration with data engineering and process, Dynamics 365, Azure, Power Platform and ERP experts • Facilitate workshops with specialist departments and management • Prioritise use cases based on business value and feasibility • Develop Data & Analytics roadmaps • Empower key users during roll-out • Support pre-sales activities, effort estimates and further development of the Microsoft Fabric portfolio

🎯 Requirements

• Several years’ consultancy experience in the fields of data & analytics, business intelligence or business process optimisation • Understanding of end-to-end business processes (e.g. order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, service or production) and how they are mapped in ERP and CRM systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or SAP • Experience in designing key performance indicator (KPI) systems, reporting and control logic, as well as domain-specific data models • Strong knowledge of Power BI and Semantic Models, as well as practical experience with Microsoft Fabric • Technical understanding of data integration, SQL and modern data architectures (e.g. OneLake, Lakehouse, data pipelines) • Experience with data governance from a business perspective, particularly data quality, data ownership and master data • Experience in requirements gathering, prioritising use cases and preparing business cases • Confident presentation skills in workshops and experience in empowering key users • Ideally, industry experience, e.g. in manufacturing, the automotive sector or the steel industry, as well as experience with process mining or AI scenarios such as Fabric Data Agents and Fabric IQ • Analytical thinking, a structured and independent approach to work, as well as a strong customer focus, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team • Fluent German and very good English
