📋 Description

• Provide teaching materials for the Agentic AI course • Deliver well-founded, practical instruction on the course content • Teach classes in the short and medium term • Guide and support participants • Bring the course to market and deliver it in collaboration with the Karriere Tutor career tutor team as part of scheduled assignments • Contribute to an eight-week course • Conduct live classes Monday through Thursday from 8:45 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. • Provide suitable materials for guided learning Monday through Thursday from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. and on Fridays from 8:45 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; attendance during these hours is not required • Initially conduct three pilot runs

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrable qualifications in workflow automation and low-code orchestration • Knowledge of applied AI integration in enterprise environments and governance topics in IT operations • Preferred: Demonstrable qualifications in workflow automation and AI integration, such as certifications or badges from Microsoft Power Platform / Copilot, n8n Academy, Make Academy, or Zapier Academy • Existing teaching materials for delivering the program, or the motivation to develop them independently • Practical experience in adult education • Enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and strong instructional skills • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and technical proficiency • Independent working style and flexibility • Confident use of digital tools and learning platforms • German language skills (at least C1 level)
