📋 Description

• Analyze clients’ strategy, business model, processes, and technology landscape • Identify and assess the potential of AI, agents, automation, and Microsoft technologies • Prioritize use cases based on value, feasibility, and risk • Develop long-term collaboration perspectives and support client transformation • Translate complex challenges into concrete initiatives with clear objectives and measurable success criteria • Develop robust business cases and initial solutions to validate value and scalability potential • Prioritize initiatives and backlogs based on business value • Build trusted relationships with business and IT leaders and facilitate strategic C-level discussions • Communicate technological opportunities, recommendations, and outcomes clearly and effectively • Align collaboration with agreed business outcomes • Translate business goals into viable solutions together with engineering and architecture teams • Adapt scope and backlog based on new insights while leveraging existing HSO and Microsoft solution building blocks • Connect processes, technology, and people while taking change management, training, and actual solution adoption into account • Define baselines and KPIs and monitor target achievement during and after implementation • Make business value transparent and derive targeted adjustments when results deviate from expectations • Identify additional opportunities and develop follow-up initiatives • Turn project experience into reusable methodologies, value models, and implementation playbooks • Share knowledge across regions, business functions, and industry teams • Further develop HSO’s AI, Frontier, and Forward-Deployed capabilities • Support the development of additional Deployment Strategists and help build the consulting practice

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully led complex analysis, transformation, consulting, or implementation projects in large organizations and delivered measurable business value • Strong business acumen and the ability to structure complex issues and prepare well-founded decisions • Experience in product development, including defining MVPs, clarifying requirements, and prioritizing based on business value • Experience with business cases, ROI models, value assessments, or comparable approaches • In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft technology platform, including Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and the Microsoft AI ecosystem • Understanding of how Microsoft technologies work together and how they can be applied to address business needs • Technical understanding to collaborate with engineers as equals and navigate architecture and implementation trade-offs • Confident presence, persuasive communication skills, and the ability to facilitate demanding client discussions • Experience managing stakeholders and collaborating with executives up to the highest decision-making levels • Very good command of German and English • Willingness to travel as required for projects • Industry knowledge in manufacturing, retail, or professional services is a plus
