📋 Description

• Build trusted relationships with senior cross-functional business partners and stakeholders • Perform timely and accurate month-, quarter-, and year-end consolidation and reporting • Analyze financial performance across business lines and countries • Generate insightful reports to support decision-making • Assist with quarterly forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes • Contribute to consolidated financial modeling, scenario modeling, risk/opportunity assessment, and resource allocation analysis • Perform strategic and financial analysis using a data-driven approach • Collaborate with business units and Finance teams on monthly, quarterly, and annual expense forecasts • Work with the People team to develop and track payroll expenses and related metrics • Articulate the broader story behind business financial results • Support the financial reporting team during month-end close • Prepare external Board materials and other internal and external deliverables • Improve processes, reports, and models using financial and non-financial data, benchmarks, and automation • Collaborate with the Data team to ensure consistency and reliability of key data • Assist with designing and validating metrics, models, and dashboards • Provide assistance on ad-hoc projects

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a financial role • FP&A experience required • Public company experience is an asset • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build strong partnerships with cross-functional partners and stakeholders • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Advanced analytical and problem-solving capabilities • Very strong Google Sheets / Excel and Google Slides / PowerPoint skills • Hands-on experience pulling and analyzing complex data • Solid financial modeling skills • Ability to automate functions leveraging AI • Exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work independently and proactively • Experience building scalable processes and procedures during high-growth periods • Organized and logical approach to solving complex problems • Exceptional communication, presentation, and writing skills • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and tell compelling stories behind financial results • High sense of urgency and responsibility • Highest standards of honesty and integrity
