📋 Description

• Build backend services, APIs and workflows for the AI Neobank app • Support products across insurance, payments, wallet, savings, investing, travel and financial services • Design reliable systems for user accounts, transactions, partner integrations, reconciliation, notifications and operations • Work with product and mobile teams to ship customer-facing journeys quickly • Integrate with banks, payment gateways, insurers, data providers and other partners • Improve system reliability, observability, security and performance • Build practical, auditable systems ready for regulated financial products • Complete an online assessment or practical task, technical interview, and CEO/final round

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience • Strong fundamentals in APIs, databases, system design and production debugging • Experience building scalable services and integrating third-party systems • Good understanding of security, reliability, data quality and operational edge cases • Ability to make practical trade-offs between speed, quality and risk • Comfortable working with product, mobile, operations and business teams • Experience in fintech, payments, insurance, lending, banking or regulated products is a strong advantage • Strong English communication is required • Candidates must already be based in India
