📋 Description

• Lead the design and animation of motion graphics for marketing campaigns, product explainers, social content, and digital advertising • Conceptualize and develop storyboards, frames, and animation sequences aligned with brand objectives • Maintain visual consistency and technical quality across motion outputs • Elevate design quality through experimentation, art direction, and storytelling • Translate objectives into motion-driven content with Creative, Marketing, and Product teams • Mentor junior motion designers and guide creative execution • Partner with video editors, videographers, and graphic designers on cohesive multimedia content • Present design concepts to stakeholders • Oversee motion production from concept to delivery • Develop reusable templates and motion design systems • Manage multiple projects while balancing creative innovation and timely delivery • Troubleshoot animation, rendering, and visual effects issues • Stay current with global motion design trends, animation techniques, and creative tools • Experiment with advanced VFX, 3D animation, and emerging digital formats • Push creative boundaries to set new benchmarks for BJAK’s brand

🎯 Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Multimedia Design, or a related field • 5+ years of professional experience in motion design, animation, or creative production • Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and other motion design tools • Strong sense of storytelling, timing, and visual composition • Proven ability to lead creative direction and guide teams toward impactful visual outcomes • Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills • Portfolio or showreel demonstrating advanced motion design and animation work • Cinema 4D and Blender are a plus • Strong English communication is required • Candidates must already be based in Switzerland
