📋 Description

• Design end-to-end product experiences from concept to production. • Transform product requirements into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces. • Design intuitive experiences across insurance, payments, claims, investments, and other financial products. • Build and maintain scalable design systems and reusable UI components. • Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure designs are implemented accurately. • Improve usability through rapid iteration using product data and user feedback. • Maintain consistency across mobile and web experiences. • Continuously refine interactions, accessibility, and overall product quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience designing digital products. • Strong portfolio demonstrating product thinking and excellent visual design. • Advanced proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping. • Strong understanding of design systems, component libraries, and responsive design. • Strong understanding of information architecture and user flows. • Excellent visual design skills including typography, spacing, layout, and interaction design. • Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive experiences. • Portfolio is required.
