• Source professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job platforms, referrals and advanced search techniques • Engage candidates through phone, email and LinkedIn • Conduct structured screening conversations. • Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication • Research companies, roles and talent markets • Prepare clear candidate summaries and support high quality shortlists • Build talent pipelines for current and future assignments • Learn how to use AI sourcing tools, recruitment technology and an ATS • Develop deep expertise in the area that matches your strengths
