âą Significant experience in game development in a senior engineering leadership role âą Managed technical leaders âą Comfortable assessing unfamiliar codebases âą Experience with both proprietary and commercial engines âą Set projects up well from the beginning âą Effective at stepping into projects facing emergent technical problems âą Strong people builder who enjoys hiring, mentoring, and leveling up technical talent âą Excellent communicator with internal teams and external partners
