📋 Description

• Develop AI solutions applied to RevOps • Build AI models and solutions for use cases such as lead scoring and prioritization • Forecast churn and expansion • Revenue forecasting • Next-best-action recommendation • Work with structured and semi-structured data (CRM, product, marketing) • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, and Customer Success teams to understand real challenges • Translate problems into analytical hypotheses and models • Define success metrics and validate the impact of solutions • Deploy models and solutions to production (not just POCs) • Integrate AI outputs with daily tools (CRM, automations, dashboards) • Ensure scalability and reliability of solutions • Develop generative AI applications to increase productivity, such as sales assistants (summaries, outreach suggestions) • Automate operational tasks • Generate insights from data • Support stakeholders in using AI solutions • Create concise materials (playbooks, guidelines) • Monitor usage and iterate to increase adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in SQL • Data manipulation (Python — pandas, numpy) • Experience with data modeling and exploratory analysis • Experience with business metrics (ideally SaaS / revenue) • Hands-on experience with classification and regression models • Forecasting techniques • Experience with libraries such as scikit-learn, XGBoost, or similar • Knowledge of model evaluation (precision, recall, etc.) • Experience with APIs and system integration • Data tools (Data Warehouse, ETL) • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce or similar) • Product mindset • Problem-oriented curiosity • Clear communication (no jargon) • Pragmatism • Collaboration • Adoption-focused
