📋 Description

• Review and improve the existing Discord server setup • Drive Discord community growth from 0 to 10K and run daily engagement across Telegram and Discord, with Discord as the primary focus • Create and execute weekly content and event plans, including prompts, polls, AMAs, giveaways, quests, and leaderboards • Build community culture through tone of voice, memes, rituals, community moments, and retention loops • Identify power users, VIPs, and advocates and create loyalty and contribution reward programs • Remove spam and scams, enforce rules, and manage bans, mutes, and warnings • Set up moderation workflows, escalation paths, and incident response for raids, phishing attempts, and impersonators • Recruit, train, and manage volunteer moderators with shifts and activity reports • Coordinate announcements for product updates, promotions, tournament schedules, results, and other updates • Liaise with Support, Risk, and Payments teams to resolve user issues and escalate serious cases • Collect structured user feedback and report bugs, feature requests, and friction points to Product and Growth • Maintain calendars, pinned posts, FAQs, onboarding messages, bot automations, and channel structure • Track and report community KPIs and send weekly community reports to management • Support a Crypto Casino and Sportsbook product designed to push boundaries, with in-house development

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience managing communities on Telegram and/or Discord (crypto, iGaming, fintech, gaming, or similar) • Strong written communication and the ability to match brand tone across platforms • Comfortable moderating high-traffic chats and handling conflict calmly • Organised and reliable: can run calendars, workflows, and repeatable weekly plans • Familiarity with bots, roles, and community tooling (e.g., MEE6, Dyno, Collab.Land, etc.) • Experience in crypto casinos / sportsbooks / iGaming • Experience working with KOLs/influencers and coordinating community-driven campaigns • Basic analytics skills (dashboards, KPI reporting, sentiment tracking) • Event/community growth experience (quests, referral programs, tournaments) • Ownership of KPIs including daily active community members, engagement rate, community growth, sentiment and issue resolution speed, spam/scam reduction and response time
