📋 Description

• Solution Design & Implementation - Lead technical delivery of PIAM solutions for enterprise customers • Customer Collaboration - Work directly with client teams to gather requirements, manage expectations, and ensure successful outcomes • Technical Problem Solving - Troubleshoot complex integrations involving SQL Server, Active Directory, web services, and various access control platforms • Project Leadership - Manage technical scope, timelines, and deliverables while mentoring junior team members • System Integration - Configure and deploy solutions that integrate with existing enterprise infrastructure

🎯 Requirements

• Experienced Professional (10+ years) who doesn't need hand-holding on basic IT concepts • Strong SQL skills and comfort with Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, IIS) • Customer-focused with excellent communication skills - you can explain complex technical concepts to both IT teams and business stakeholders • Integration experience with applications, databases, and enterprise systems • Willing to work US hours and collaborate with global teams
