📋 Description

• Support recruitment processes for North American companies • Source candidates on LinkedIn, resume databases, and other platforms • Conduct initial candidate screening and validate interest, availability, and qualifications • Schedule and conduct initial interviews • Update ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and internal systems • Assist with creating and updating job descriptions • Organize candidate pipelines and ensure the quality of recorded information • Support administrative activities related to recruitment

🎯 Requirements

• Fluent English (C1 or higher) • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Previous experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or related fields • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks • Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset • Ability to work remotely with autonomy • Must reside in Brazil • Knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Dynamics, or other ATS platforms • Experience with active candidate sourcing (headhunting) • Experience recruiting for international companies • Ability to handle high-volume recruitment and strategic positions • High-performance computer or laptop • i5/i7 processor or equivalent • Minimum 12 GB of RAM • High-speed internet • Professional headset • Two monitors • Quiet, structured work environment
