📋 Description

• Architect and evolve backend systems in Golang supporting millions of active users • Design architecture and ensure systems run smoothly at scale • Build clean, reliable, intuitive APIs for frontend and other engineering teams • Work with complex data flows, caching, and messaging • Maintain and extend existing Node.js services during the migration to Golang • Identify and address performance bottlenecks • Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams • Ship quickly, iterate, introduce ideas, challenge assumptions, and raise backend engineering standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building backend systems at real scale • Strong Golang backend experience • Experience designing scalable architectures and REST APIs • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch • Hands-on experience with Redis and RabbitMQ • Confidence with Nginx, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines • Node.js experience is a major plus • Mobile app experience on iOS or Android is a plus • Ability to work autonomously in fast-changing environments • Willingness to work across new Golang services and existing Node.js code
