📋 Description

• Architect and evolve backend systems supporting millions of active users • Design backend architecture and ensure systems run smoothly at scale • Build clean, reliable, and intuitive APIs for frontend engineers • Work with complex data flows, caching, and messaging • Identify and address performance bottlenecks • Collaborate with product, frontend, and data teams • Ship quickly and iterate on backend solutions • Introduce fresh ideas, challenge assumptions, and raise backend engineering standards • Own the systems powering growth of a global analytics-driven music platform

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years building backend systems at real scale • Strong Node.js and TypeScript skills • Experience designing scalable architectures • Experience building REST APIs • Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL, ClickHouse, and Elasticsearch • Hands-on experience with Redis and RabbitMQ • Confidence with Nginx, Kubernetes, and deployment pipelines • Experience with Go and shipped real Go services, or willingness to learn Go • Ability to work autonomously in fast-changing environments • Ability to work across multiple areas and focus on productivity and results
