📋 Description

• Acts as the solution authority for complex, transformational programs • Drives end-to-end solution design across business processes, architecture, and integrations • Leads business process analysis, solution design, and deployment execution • Influences customers on industry’s best practices and optimal process design • Owns integration strategy and ensures seamless data/process flow across solutions • Defines functional specifications for customizations, interfaces, and reporting • Supports effort estimation, resource planning, and architectural impact assessments • Ensures successful go-live through validation, issue resolution, and data integrity checks • Serves as the primary liaison across project stakeholders (PMs, architects, executives, clients) • Identifies and drives incremental revenue opportunities within existing engagements

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of specific experience working within Blue Yonder’s Transportation Management & Logistics product suites; Transportation Modeler as a high priority. • Experience with these systems is preferred either as a customer of Blue Yonder or as a consultant implementing Blue Yonder solutions for customers • Demonstrated success leading enterprise-scale TMS implementations, including complex, multi-phase transformation initiatives. • Relevant solutions consulting and implementation experience with other leading supply chain planning solutions such as Oracle, Manhattan or SAP may be considered. • Strong business analysis skills, understanding and usage of statistical algorithms, inventory optimization concepts, awareness of tactical planning on overall supply chain required • Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for user, management, and executive level audiences. • Strong verbal, written and interpersonal skills required.
