📋 Description

• Responsible for all the technical aspects of project implementation • Deliver technical solutions by collaborating with Project Managers, Application Specialists, other Solutions Architects, customers, software developers, and any other resources needed • Understand the technical requirements, concepts of operation, and architecture of the overall solution • Work closely with the Pre- and Post-Sales teams to align requirements with customer solution needs • Lead and defend the project's technical and programmatic decisions • Identify customer expectation mismatches and work with the Project Manager to mitigate them • Tailor and apply change management and systems engineering processes • Assist Project Management in developing and managing costs and schedules by identifying technical risks to the deployment plan and suggesting mitigation options for those risks • Participate as the technical counterpart to the Project Manager for third-party, customer, and internal meetings.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years experience in delivering Public Safety projects in a technical role or enterprise-level technical deployment projects • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely is required • Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer • Must be highly skilled with drawing and diagramming tools (such as MS Visio or similar) • Strong verbal and written skills; fluency in English • Willing to travel, occasionally up to 30% of the time.
