📋 Description

• Delivers proactive sales support to sales teams • Manage client onboarding administration • Liaise directly with clients post-sale • Partner closely with RSMs to support sales conversion • Review documentation for completeness and accuracy • Coordinate and track onboarding progress • Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Bankers • Coach and guide Private Bankers on onboarding requirements • Stay current on products and regulatory requirements • Assist with preparation of client materials • Organize and manage workflow effectively • Collaborate with internal partners to remove roadblocks

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience • post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience • Strong product knowledge • Effective verbal and written communication skills • Strong organizational and time management capabilities • Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively within a team • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills • Fluency in French and English
