📋 Description
• Manage a team of Senior Investment Consultants • Conduct market research and analyses for business opportunities • Collaborate with partner firm COIs for prospecting • Develop and implement an operating model for assigned teams • Recruit, direct, motivate, and develop staff
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience • 8 years financial services experience • Sales management experience a plus • NASD Series 6, 7, 63 and required; 24 must be obtained within 6 months of hire • Strong product knowledge and the markets • CIMA designation a plus
