📋 Description

• Analyze incoming requirements and provide accurate estimates for new tasks • Implement features end-to-end, including development, test coverage, and verification across relevant environments • Take ownership of assigned tasks by clarifying requirements, coordinating dependencies, and resolving blockers • Apply AI-first development practices while maintaining full responsibility for the quality and reliability of delivered solutions • Participate in production support activities, including log and event analysis, incident response, troubleshooting, and escalation • Develop and enhance a client-facing portal for a regulated financial services company

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of professional full-stack development experience • 5+ years of hands-on experience with React • 2+ years of experience with NestJS • Experience with AI-first software development practices • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript • Basic knowledge of Docker and practical experience with CI/CD • Experience with Gitflow • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments • Adaptability to changing technologies and the ability to handle multiple development activities • Highly motivated engineer with the ability to work independently • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Proactive approach to problem solutions • Ability to ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and software engineering best practices • Upper-intermediate English
