📋 Description

• Lead a globally distributed Professional Services organization • Own and manage the NPO Services P&L • Define and execute a multi-year vision for NPO Professional Services • Develop and launch new service offerings • Drive adoption of AI-powered delivery tools • Sponsor and manage major customer escalations and delivery engagements • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years of experience leading professional services within a SaaS or technology company • Proven ability to design and implement services delivery methodology and practice structures • Track record of building high-performing teams across geographical locations • Experience influencing at executive and C-Suite level • Ability to execute multi-year organizational strategy • Strong data and analytical orientation • Experience championing AI-enhanced workflows and technology-enabled delivery models
