• Your career as a Customer Support Advisor at Booksy will give you the opportunity to make a real difference in the daily lives of beauty and wellness professionals. • Working within our energetic Customer Success team, you’ll be the voice of Booksy, supporting our users via chat, calls, and emails from day one. • You’ll build strong, empathetic relationships from the very first interaction, helping our community thrive by resolving technical issues and answering product queries efficiently. • If you’re a natural problem-solver who loves connecting with people and thrives in a dynamic environment, you'll have the autonomy to take ownership of each user's experience and find creative ways to streamline our support workflows.
• Proven, hands-on experience in providing excellent customer support across multiple channels (calls, emails, chat). • Strong communication and persuasive skills, with a passion for relationship-building and active listening. • A proactive, positive attitude with a high degree of adaptability and problem-solving capability. • Comfort working with CRMs (experience with Salesforce is a fantastic plus). • The ability to take ownership of your tasks and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced setting. • Technical expertise and agility with tools such as Salesforce, Slack and Google Workspace. • Native or bilingual proficiency in Spanish, as you will be the voice of Booksy and will work closely with our B2B clients in Spain. A High level of English will be a great asset for communicating with our global team.
