📋 Description

• Conducting sales conversations about SaaS and Boost, both over the phone and online, with clients acquired by: the MRC company, the SDR team, and directly. • Collecting necessary information before talking to a client. • Conducting market research to take necessary actions to adapt to client needs or trends. • Creating product demos and assisting potential clients with the initial setup of the application according to their needs. • Reaching out to decision-makers of potential clients. • Responding to client objections. • Building relationships with clients. • Recording activities in the CRM (Salesforce).

🎯 Requirements

• Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need… • - **Professional Experience: **2-4 years of experience in a dedicated sales or business development role**.** • - **Sales Competency: **A deep understanding of sales techniques and the ability to pivot your approach based on the client's needs. • - **Salesforce Proficiency: **You are comfortable managing the full funnel, tracking leads, and interpreting sales and commission reports to optimize your performance. • - **Social Prospecting: **A proactive approach to identifying and engaging potential clients through social media platforms, specifically Facebook and Instagram. • - **Language Proficiency:** A minimum B1/B2 level of English. As English is our primary language for internal operations, clear written and verbal communication is essential for team collaboration.
