📋 Description

• You'll lead and inspire a team of Team Leaders and sales representatives, providing coaching, mentorship, and ongoing training to help them reach their full potential. • You'll be the architect of our sales success, developing and implementing comprehensive sales plans that align with company revenue goals. • You'll become an expert on the beauty industry landscape, analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. • You'll play a crucial role in identifying and developing new markets for Booksy's products and services. • You'll closely monitor key sales metrics like conversion rates, average deal size, and customer acquisition cost.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. • Strong leadership and team management abilities, including recruitment, training, and mentoring. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends. • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite/Google Workspace. • Polish and English proficiency. • Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. • Experience working with marketing teams to develop campaigns. • Experience identifying new markets and opportunities for growth.
