📋 Description

• Close qualified leads and consistently hit your sales targets • Consult with B2B clients across Europe on custom signage projects — understanding their needs, advising on solutions, and guiding them to a decision • Build long-term relationships with major brands and agencies that lead to repeat business and referrals • Work with discipline in the CRM — keep your pipeline clean, your follow-ups tight, and your reporting accurate • Collaborate closely with internal design and production teams to ensure client expectations are set correctly from day one • Continuously develop your sales craft through training, coaching, and feedback

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience with a genuine passion for selling — not just going through the motions • German at native level — this is a non-negotiable requirement for this role • Good English for internal communication • Strong communication and empathy — you can read a client, adapt your approach, and make complex things feel simple • Discipline and structure — you keep on top of your pipeline, understand the process, and don't let things fall through the cracks • A hunter mindset — you go looking for the close, you don't wait for it to come to you • Interest in technical products and an ability to get comfortable with complexity quickly • Ambition to grow — this company promotes from within and rewards people who want to develop
