📋 Description

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling • Communicate Boolanga’s mission and technical advantages to diverse personas • Research target accounts and stakeholders to build a qualified pipeline aligned with the ICP • Lead discovery calls and initial demos • Maintain accurate CRM records, lead statuses, and data points • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership on targeted outreach campaigns • Follow up with prospects who are not ready to buy • Analyze outreach metrics and optimize scripts and sequences to improve conversion rates

🎯 Requirements

• Business-level English • 1–2 years of experience in lead generation or outbound prospecting, or any customer-focused role • Excellent communication and active listening skills • Hands-on experience with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus • Experience with sales engagement tools such as Salesloft, Outreach, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus • Fluency in French and/or German is a plus but not required
