📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end enquiries, review briefs, clarify requirements and manage operational inboxes • Source products from suppliers across Australia, the USA, China and Hong Kong • Prepare accurate quotations and Sales Orders using Commonsku • Prepare basic artwork layouts and product mock-ups using Adobe Illustrator and Canva • Issue Purchase Orders • Coordinate multi-supplier production • Manage artwork approvals and timelines • Book and track domestic and international freight • Maintain proactive communication with customers and build supplier relationships • Support invoicing • Maintain CRM records and project dashboards • Identify opportunities to improve operational workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in operations, production or project coordination • Experience ideally within promotional products, branded merchandise, print production, procurement, custom apparel, manufacturing or a related industry • Strong experience coordinating suppliers, production schedules, multiple projects and deadlines • Experience with sourcing, freight or international logistics • Basic Adobe Illustrator skills for artwork checking and mock-ups • Experience with Canva and Microsoft Office 365 • Commonsku, Xero, international freight and promotional product decoration methods are highly regarded • Strong organisation, communication, problem-solving and attention to detail • Ability to proactively drive projects forward • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and changing deadlines • Ability to communicate proactively and work with customers, suppliers and a collaborative remote team
