📋 Description

• 母集団形成からクロージングまでのフルサイクル採用の実行（国内外・多職種） • 採用チャネルを活用したダイレクトリクルーティング • エージェント・外部ベンダーのマネジメント • Workableを用いた候補者管理およびデータドリブンな採用改善 • 経営陣および各部門ハイヤリングマネージャーとの連携 • 面接官トレーニング・採用イネーブルメントの運用（HR Leadと共同） • 採用広報（求人票改善、媒体選定、ブランディング強化）

🎯 Requirements

• 事業会社またはエージェントでの採用実務経験3年以上 • ダイレクトリクルーティングの実務経験（スカウト設計・運用を自ら行った経験） • 担当領域を一人称で持ち、目標数値に責任を負って採用を完結させた経験 • 日本語：ネイティブレベル • 英語：ビジネスレベル（候補者・社内メンバーとのやり取りで日常的に使用します） • スタートアップ・急成長企業での採用経験（歓迎） • エンジニア採用の経験（歓迎） • 外国籍人材・海外拠点の採用経験（歓迎） • 経営層・事業責任者と直接連携した採用経験（歓迎） • フルリモート環境での自己管理能力（求める人物像） • 変化の多い環境への適応力（求める人物像） • 求職者と会社の双方がWin-Winになることにやりがいを感じる（求める人物像） • 常にベストを目指し、泥臭く手を動かすことを厭わない（求める人物像）
