📋 Description

• Cold Calling: You pick up the phone and contact potential new customers. • Pitching: You present our concepts convincingly and excite your interlocutors about our solutions. • Closing (Appointments): Your goal is clear: you schedule confirmed appointments for our sales experts and, ideally, set the stage for on-site tastings. • Strategy: You work closely with Business Development and analyze new target groups and optimized sales pitches.

🎯 Requirements

• University status: You provide a valid enrollment certificate from a German university or university of applied sciences and are at least in your third semester. • Language skills: You have German at C2 level to be absolutely confident and quick-witted even in spontaneous phone calls. • Communication strength: You love interacting with people and can express yourself clearly and persuasively. • Mindset: You have a hands-on mentality, think proactively, and don’t lose your smile or drive even after the tenth “no.” • Foodie: You’re excited to pitch modern food concepts to help improve catering for thousands of employees. • Ambition: You want to master cold calling—the ultimate sales discipline—not just try it but become a professional.
