📋 Description

• Full-stack development: You will build front-end applications using React.js and Java. • You will also contribute to back-end development in Java (and occasionally PHP) to power these applications. • You will participate in all stages: from ideation to production deployment. • Product & design collaboration: You will work closely with designers, product managers, and other developers to turn real needs into effective, scalable, and well-designed solutions. • Agile methodology: You will be an integral part of our Agile Scrum team, actively participating in ceremonies and the continuous improvement of our practices. • Quality & maintenance: You will contribute to technical documentation, scoping/estimations, code reviews, and maintenance of existing features to ensure product stability and performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with React.js, with strong skills in component development and state management • 3+ years of back-end experience in Java or PHP • Minimum 1 year of full-stack development experience in a SaaS company (or a similar environment) • Solid understanding of software engineering principles: clean, scalable, and maintainable code • Comfortable with Git and version control tools • Able to manage priorities and time effectively • Experience working in an Agile / Scrum environment • Independent, yet comfortable collaborating within a team • Analytical and creative mindset: able to solve complex problems pragmatically • Curious, reflective about your work, and motivated to continuously learn and improve • Bilingual (French/English), both written and spoken
