• Manage the sales in the territory of Netherlands• Maintain relationship with existing clients and develop new clients in accordance with company’s strategies• Maintain Market presence and performance in existing traditional HiFi channel• Develop and maintain luxury distribution outside of traditional HiFi channel• Develop and maintain custom installation and interior design channel• Provide training and coaching to our clients, promote our products and our company• Represent our brand and demonstrate our products during dealer, company or other events• Give sales forecast and plans• Collect market information on regular basis and develop strategies with the sales team to grow our business• Forecast and monitor demand and inventory• Close communication and teamwork with European colleagues in sales, marketing and operations• Carry out ad-hoc duties and projects
• Several years of key account sales experience in HiFi and/or Consumer Electronics market, Custom Installation / interior design or Luxury consumer goods• Best in class presentation and communication skills, in line with our luxury brands image• Orientated and great sales development skills• Self-motivated and result driven• Able to work under pressure• Willing to travel extensively in the region (75% of time) and also international from time to time• Good team player• Good command of English and Dutch is required
