• Sell, grow, and support all Castrol HD business in assigned geography • Drive results and performance through execution of key accountabilities • Focus on new business, account management, and HDNA, OEM, TA field activation • Maximize profitable growth of Castrol brands • Maintain a robust pipeline for both direct and indirect prospects • Utilize Salesforce CRM and PowerBI to manage account relationships and pipeline • Train DSRs on prospecting and closing business • Ensure compliance with bp’s Code of Conduct, Values and Behaviors and HSSE Standards
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred • 80% travel required (50-60% overnight) • Advanced value selling techniques • Budgeting, forecasting, and financial management skills • Proficient in digital sales platforms (Salesforce, Microsoft Office) • Solid ability to identify sources of value and overcome objections • Strong relationship building with large customers
