• Prepare solutions for topic-specific/specialist issues • Advise members in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW), primarily by telephone • Perform calculations and cost analyses for cost-relevant topics in care • Advise member companies in the outpatient care sector
• University degree in Health Management, Nursing Management, Social Management, or a comparable qualification • Solid knowledge of nursing/care and social law (SGB V, SGB IX, SGB XI, SGB XII) • Confident user of MS Office, especially Excel • Ideally, experience in association work • Strong teamwork and communication skills
