• Prepare solutions for topic-specific questions • Provide telephone advice to members in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) • Perform calculations and cost analyses on cost-relevant topics • Advise member companies in the outpatient care sector • Represent the objectives and interests of facility operators to authorities
• University degree (e.g., Health Management, Nursing Management, Social Management, etc.) • Solid knowledge of nursing/care and social law • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel • Ideally, experience in association work • Strong teamwork and communication skills
