📋 Description

• Research and evaluate innovative and current topics for the offering portfolio. • Design conferences and new, innovative formats for technical professionals and executives. • Proactive communication with stakeholders and representation of the company. • Acquire high-level experts and speakers from industry and research. • Work closely in interdisciplinary project teams to market events. • Test new ideas and formats to drive innovative development of the company and the event portfolio.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in economics, social sciences, engineering, or the humanities (Master’s or Diplom/Magister). • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in product or project management or business development, ideally within a corporate, association, foundation, or media environment. • Experience in approaching and recruiting high-level speakers and stakeholders. • Proven experience working in project-based, cross-functional teams and collaborating with marketing and sales units. • Enthusiasm for future technologies and a good sense for innovative topics.
