📋 Description

• Research and evaluate innovative and current topics and trends. • Design conferences and new, innovative formats. • Proactively communicate with stakeholders and represent the organization. • Recruit high-level experts and speakers and continuously expand the network. • Work in interdisciplinary project teams and support internal interfaces.

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed degree in business, social sciences, engineering, or humanities (Master’s degree or Diplom/Magister). • At least 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in product management, project management, or business development. • Experience in approaching and securing high-level speakers and stakeholders. • Experience designing and delivering in-person, digital, or hybrid formats. • Comfortable working in project-based, cross-functional teams. • Enthusiasm for future technologies and a keen sense for innovative topics. • Able to work independently and take responsibility for projects.
