📋 Description

• Prepare solutions for subject-specific issues • Serve as a sparring partner and advisor to members in North Rhine-Westphalia (NRW) • Perform calculations and cost analyses on care-related financial matters • Advise member companies in the outpatient care sector

🎯 Requirements

• Completed university degree (e.g., with a focus on Health Management, Nursing Management, Social Management, Nursing Science, Health Care Management, Health Economics; Business Law, Law) • Solid knowledge of nursing and social law (in particular SGB V, SGB IX, SGB XI, SGB XII) • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel • Ideally, experience working in an association • Strong team orientation • Strong communication skills • Motivation to quickly familiarize yourself with new subject matter
