📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end NetSuite Services/SRP implementations for professional services organizations • Conduct discovery workshops and translate client requirements into scalable NetSuite solutions • Configure and implement SRP, project management, project accounting, resource management, time and expense management, project billing, subscription billing, ARM, and revenue recognition modules • Lead functional solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment • Advise clients on professional services operations, project delivery, resource utilization, and revenue management best practices • Manage client relationships and serve as a trusted advisor throughout implementation • Mentor and guide onshore and offshore consulting teams • Collaborate with technical consultants on integrations, customizations, reporting, and third-party applications • Support pre-sales through discovery sessions, solution demonstrations, effort estimation, proposal development, and solution architecture • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of NetSuite Functional Consulting experience with strong Services/SRP expertise • Hands-on experience implementing NetSuite Services Resource Planning (SRP) • Extensive knowledge of Project Management, Project Accounting, Resource Planning and Allocation, Time and Expense Management, Project Billing, Subscription Billing, Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), and Revenue Recognition • Experience leading multiple end-to-end NetSuite ERP implementation projects • Strong understanding of professional services business processes and project lifecycle management • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and client-facing consulting skills • Proven experience mentoring consulting teams and managing project delivery • Experience working with PSA tools and professional services organizations • Working knowledge of Deltek is nice to have • NetSuite ERP Consultant Certification is preferred • Experience with NetSuite OpenAir, PSA, or related professional services solutions is an advantage • Experience with SuiteAnalytics, Saved Searches, Dashboards, and Reporting • Exposure to OneWorld, multi-entity implementations, and CRM or financial-system integrations • Consulting or professional services background • Experience supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, and proposal development
