📋 Description

• Lead and manage daily operations to achieve business goals and objectives • Develop and implement strategic plans that promote growth and efficiency • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, customers, and partners • Drive financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, and resource management • Foster a positive work environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and professional development • Oversee all operational, financial, and administrative functions of the company • Develop and execute business strategies aligned with company vision and market opportunities • Lead, mentor, and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve performance targets • Monitor key performance indicators and implement corrective actions as needed • Manage budgets, financial reporting, and resource allocation to maximize profitability • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards • Collaborate with senior leadership to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks • Represent Gururo in external engagements, including partnerships, negotiations, and industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field required • MBA preferred • Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in a similar industry or role • Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to think strategically and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment • Proficiency with business management software and data analysis tools • Demonstrated ability to build and lead diverse teams
