📋 Description

• Manage, organize, and prioritize the backlog for technical squads. • Refine requirements in collaboration with business and technology stakeholders. • Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and clear, measurable functional requirements. • Ensure backlog priorities are aligned with the company's strategic objectives. • Identify, map, and track dependencies between squads and other involved areas. • Facilitate agile ceremonies, including refinement sessions, planning, reviews, and retrospectives. • Monitor delivery progress and act to mitigate risks that may impact deadlines or quality. • Support technical teams in removing impediments related to the demands under your management. • Ensure proper documentation of initiatives and developed features. • Translate regulatory and operational requirements into actionable user stories and technical tasks. • Support audit processes related to the products and systems under your responsibility. • Ensure regulatory requirements are properly considered throughout the development cycle. • Maintain documentation and records required for compliance and governance processes. • Act as the primary point of contact between business areas, technology, and other stakeholders. • Align expectations, priorities, and timelines for initiatives. • Clearly communicate delivery status, risks, and identified dependencies.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a Product Owner in technical teams. • Experience with back-office systems, operational platforms, or complex digital products. • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies, especially Scrum and Kanban. • Experience in backlog management and prioritization. • Ability to create user stories and define acceptance criteria. • Comfortable interpreting technical documentation and collaborating with development teams. • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple demands.
