📋 Description

• Serve as the client's ultimate internal advocate • Create and maintain client-facing delivery schedules • Track tasks and deliverables for assigned accounts monthly • Work with production teams to ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time and on brief • Review all production deliverables, approve on-brief work, and provide feedback and guidance when needed • Attend weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly client check-ins • Escalate and resolve content or strategy issues quickly and effectively • Review editorial, design, and video work before client delivery • Manage multiple delivery schedules, processes, and competing commercial and internal priorities • Allocate time across client communication, internal communication, delivery review, product planning, and miscellaneous work

• Strong creative background, ideally with an editorial focus • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and colleagues • Exceptional communication skills with colleagues and clients • Ability to understand and advance client briefs in an actionable way • Ability to provide clear, meaningful feedback to production teams • Exceptional product knowledge and deep understanding of production processes • Ability to develop new or customized approaches to client deliverables • Diligent record-keeping habits • Strong editorial and written communication skills • Good people skills and attention to detail • Strong computer skills, including proficiency with proprietary software and industry tools • Ability to work at a computer during standard working hours • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Minimum two years of relevant work experience • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
