• Perform day-to-day tax operations with accuracy and efficiency; • Record, review, and issue invoices (notas fiscais), ensuring tax compliance; • Provide support to farms with responsiveness, clear communication, and strong interpersonal skills; • Perform tax closing and reconcile taxes under the Lucro Real tax regime; • Calculate taxes (ICMS, PIS, and COFINS), ensuring accuracy of financial records; • Calculate and withhold taxes at source (IRRF, CSLL, PIS, COFINS, INSS, and ISS); • Generate, validate, and submit statutory tax reports (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contribuições, and REINF); • Work directly in SAP ECC, ensuring the integrity of tax data; • Support validation and adjustment of processes in response to the Tax Reform; • Contribute to improvements and optimization of tax processes.
• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; • Solid experience in tax accounting, particularly with the Lucro Real regime; • Hands-on experience with tax calculation and closing processes; • Experience with SAP ECC (required); • Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA (plus); • Knowledge of IRPJ and CSLL (plus); • Analytical, organized, and strong communication skills; • Ability to liaise effectively with different departments and business units.
