📋 Description

• Monitor import processes • Provide customer support • Track all stages of import processes • Follow up with freight forwarders, carriers, and the logistics chain • Conduct critical document reviews • Enter, register, and verify import documentation, such as DI, LI, DTA, etc. • Monitor clearances and process stages with the relevant regulatory authorities • Perform a preliminary review of import documents and records • Analyze findings identified during process reviews • Review import documentation • Issue tax payment forms, petitions, and other documents related to imports • Perform basic amendments to import processes • Monitor deadlines for import stages that incur costs and/or require timely action • Conduct administrative and tax analyses and process federal and state payments • Review and comply with tax requirements • Prepare for and participate in client meetings • Evaluate work instructions and procedures • Propose new procedures for clients and internal use • Support other team members and leadership • Perform other related activities

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed • English proficiency • Excel proficiency • Experience in foreign trade
