📋 Description

• Execute and monitor manual and automated billing for operations • Analyze and control volumes to be billed, including tax allocation when necessary • Reconcile volumes handled, billed, returned, or transferred • Monitor vessel schedules related to billing • Perform inquiries, checks, and entries in systems and spreadsheets • Support accounting, tax, and inventory closings • Make billing adjustments and record tax invoices • Organize billing history in SharePoint • Respond to audit and tax authority requests • Liaise with internal and external teams and track requests via email and systems • Contribute to the execution and control of operations, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with deadlines

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in similar activities • Technical or higher education, either in progress or completed • Knowledge of SAP • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook • Strong communication and organizational skills, with attention to detail • Experience with billing and control processes • Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. • Availability for weekend and holiday on-call shifts
