📋 Description

• Support the development of the strategy for institutional and seasonal packaging • Develop and monitor the gifting strategy for AON • Monitor the logistics chain and manage operational costs and P&L impacts with suppliers and stakeholders • Support the development of the uniform strategy for the sales force • Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses, reports, and inventory and performance analyses • Plan and coordinate 360-degree deliverables with the Gifts, Branding, PR, Social Media, Media, and Commercial teams • Prepare executive presentations

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields • Availability to travel for in-person validations and field visits • Strong ability to create executive presentations • Proficiency in data interpretation and insight generation • Highly adaptable profile, prepared to manage changes in direction and resolve conflicts
