📋 Description

• Execute the generation, maintenance, and updating of applications (Android and iOS) in accordance with defined processes • Perform updates to existing applications, ensuring that new versions are correctly deployed • Handle operational requests according to team priorities • Identify errors in the build process and seek support when necessary • Track requests and keep operational records up to date • Analyze departmental KPIs • Follow Google Play and App Store standards and policies • Propose improvements to processes and tools • Participate in departmental processes and projects • Generate associated hubs and brands, create Android and iOS applications, make changes to apps, ensure applications are up to date, monitor new store policies, and manage app-related requests

🎯 Requirements

• Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or a related field • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple operational requests • Strong communication skills and logical reasoning • Strong sense of prioritization • Basic knowledge of updating and maintaining applications on Google Play and the App Store (a plus) • Experience with or familiarity with process automation tools (a plus) • Basic programming knowledge for developing and maintaining automation scripts (a plus)
