📋 Description

• Support activities related to the development, maintenance, and governance of the product portfolio, contributing to its competitiveness, profitability, and regulatory compliance, in alignment with the company's strategic guidelines and with a focus on customer experience. • Support the structuring, development, and maintenance of products, ensuring adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines. • Contribute to portfolio performance analysis by consolidating information and key indicators. • Prepare plan regulations for SUSEP approval and develop improvements to this activity. • Support the monitoring of small- and medium-sized projects related to products, contributing to meeting deadlines and deliverables. • Assist in assessing market, regulatory, and operational impacts resulting from initiatives and product changes. • Organize and update project documents, controls, and status reports. • Provide information, rules, and guidance related to products to internal teams. • Support the development and documentation of processes, operational flows, and customer journeys. • Contribute to the definition and dissemination of product attributes and features.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in progress or completed in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. • Previous experience (internship or junior level) in product, project, or related areas is desirable. • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint) and Power BI. • Basic knowledge of industry regulation and/or product management is desirable. • Intermediate English is desirable.
