📋 Description

• Strategic Support: Provide direct support to coordination and guide the assistants team. • B2B Relationship: Ensure excellent corporate service focused on partner satisfaction and retention. • Process Management: Monitor service workflows with a critical eye and attention to detail. • Support the customer service team, ensuring quality, speed and efficiency in client relations. • Monitor performance indicators and propose improvement actions when necessary. • Provide direct support to the team during service interactions, ensuring alignment and process standardization. • Promote a collaborative, positive and motivating environment among team members. • Act as the Coordinator’s direct point of contact, providing full support for the area’s operational and strategic demands.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience providing user support. • Knowledge of IT (hardware and software). • User-level computer skills. • Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networks is desirable. • Knowledge of fiber infrastructure is desirable. • Knowledge of radio infrastructure is desirable. • Good formal email writing and telephone etiquette. • Currently enrolled in Computer Networks, Systems Analysis and Development and/or related fields is a plus for the selection process. • Preferably at least 6 months’ experience as a CAC/CSE/SDM assistant. • No disciplinary measures received in the last 6 months. • Knowledge of computer applications and Google tools, especially Excel.
