📋 Description

• Support strategic and financial decision-making for Brightspeed’s Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) consumer business • Lead financial modeling, forecasting, capital allocation analysis, and performance insights • Build and maintain models to evaluate capital allocation decisions • Support capital allocation decisions across competing priorities • Incorporate key FTTH business drivers into financial planning and analysis • Evaluate market-level fiber builds by cohort • Conduct scenario and sensitivity analysis to assess investment risk • Own Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) modeling across FTTH sales channels • Lead Cost per Gross Add (CPGA) analysis • Analyze key FTTH business metrics and translate operational drivers into financial outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field required • 6–10+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic finance, or related financial analysis roles • Experience in investment banking, private equity, or top-tier management consulting strongly preferred • Experience supporting capital-intensive, subscription-based, telecommunications, fiber, or similar industries preferred • Strong understanding of capital allocation, unit economics, and return-based decision frameworks • Advanced financial modeling skills with expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel • Experience building financial models incorporating NPV, IRR, payback period, sensitivity analysis, and cohort-based analysis • Must be able to present to senior executives and influence decision-making across cross-functional stakeholders
